Models Oddavell Case Study
For an ultra-luxury buyer, the experience shouldn't feel like a sales funnel — it should feel like a slow, confident reveal. The journey moves from atmosphere (hero, heritage, coastline) to substance (amenities, properties) to a single unhurried point of contact, with no urgency cues, no pricing pressure, and no hospitality-style "book now" framing. Right now that promise breaks at the two moments that matter most: the carousel/feature-list interactions are unbuilt (so exploration stalls), and the enquiry form has no validation, consent, or confirmation state (so the one conversion moment feels unfinished, not exclusive).
