Noma E-Commerce Redesign: 190% Engagement Boost Through Scalable, Conversion-Driven Design
Noma, a leading Norwegian fashion accessories brand known for minimalist, Nordic-inspired scarves, hats, and hair accessories, faced challenges with inaccurate UI that reduced trust, limited storytelling, manual B2B workflows, performance issues under campaign traffic, and a complex checkout causing abandoned carts. We conducted a thorough CRO audit, redesigned a high-fidelity, lifestyle-focused UI, stabilized the backend for faster performance, streamlined navigation and checkout flows, and built a scalable, modular platform ready for future growth. Our redesign introduced a modern Scandinavian aesthetic with trust signals like free shipping, returns, and secure payments, along with conversion-driven features such as bestseller grids and urgency triggers. Mobile-first optimization ensured smooth, responsive shopping across devices. The results were significant: Bunad & Hair Accessories became top-performing categories, campaign traffic ran smoothly, the platform became future-proof for multilingual sites, loyalty programs, and analytics, and overall engagement increased by 190%.
