From Tool to Trusted Saas Partner: Redesigning VRS for Growth
VRS (Visual Registration System) is a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps businesses optimize workforce management, compliance, scheduling and time tracking with precision. The goal was to reposition VRS as an enterprise-ready, compliance-first SaaS solution, overcoming unclear messaging, cluttered design and weak conversion funnels on the old website. Kilowott redesigned and redeveloped the site into a modern, conversion-driven digital presence, restructuring information architecture, enhancing messaging and building trust with a professional SaaS aesthetic. Targeted digital marketing campaigns across the UK, US and India, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad and X (Twitter), boosted visibility among enterprise decision-makers. Since launch, the platform has gained 213 new users and maintains a strong base of 794 active users. The site has successfully penetrated the Norwegian market and shows consistent weekly traffic growth, positioning VRS as a credible, scalable solution for enterprise workforce management.
