Yet these individuals carry enormous value, experience, skills, and potential. They just need an opportunity on their own terms and a system that sees their strengths instead of their limitations.

By opening doors and creating more inclusive pathways into work, we can unlock talent that is often overlooked and build a labour market that works for more people.

HeiPetter -Built From Experience, Driven by Purpose

HeiPetter is a universe created by Petter a talent himself.

Petter is a resourceful and creative person who has spent most of his adult life outside the workforce because of personal challenges and his experiences navigating the system. Instead of letting that define him, he chose to turn his experience into action.

He built a platform designed to help others in similar situations and partnered with Kilowott, a digital transformation company headquartered in Norway, to bring that vision to life through technology and design.
