The Incredible Goa Awards 2025, organized by Incredible Goa Magazine, once again celebrated the vibrant spirit of Goa, honoring individuals, entrepreneurs and institutions who are shaping the state’s social, cultural and economic progress.
Held on 13th October 2025 at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, the gala evening brought together some of Goa’s most dynamic changemakers from diverse sectors including business, hospitality, arts, media, education and social impact. With over 30 categories of recognition, the awards aimed to spotlight those driving innovation, fostering growth and inspiring transformation within the state.
This year’s theme centered around “Empowering Goa’s Growth Story”, reflecting the evolving landscape of the state, from a tourism-driven economy to an innovation-led hub of creativity and entrepreneurship. The event highlighted how Goa is increasingly becoming a space for forward-thinking individuals who balance cultural authenticity with global ambition.
Rajesh Gadge, Editor of Incredible Goa Magazine and head of Goa Digital Prism Media, emphasized the importance of recognizing the unsung heroes shaping Goa’s development. He remarked:

Among this year’s awardees was Kilowott, named Best IT Company of the Year for its contribution to Goa’s growing tech industry. Caleb Fernandez received the award on behalf of Kilowott, sharing that this recognition “inspires us to continue our journey of innovation, delivering impactful technology solutions, and contributing meaningfully to the growth of Goa’s IT ecosystem.” The recognition highlighted how local companies are helping shape a modern, digital Goa while staying rooted in the community’s values and vision.
