To celebrate Goa’s trailblazers in business, rising stars of Goan enterprise and the state’s growth story, the Herald Group presented the Enterprise Excellence Awards in six categories including Business Excellence Award, Leadership Excellence Award, Start-Up of the Year Award, Community Impact Leadership Award Innovation Award and Women Entrepreneur Award.
Different criteria and aspects were taken into consideration for shortlisting including factors like home grown company, company employee strength and turnover, innovative concept offering a solution, footprint of the company beyond Goa’s shores and cross references from the industry.
Kilowott, a Goa-based tech company, founded by first-generation entrepreneurs Aaron, Judah, and Caleb Fernandez were recently honored with the Business Excellence Award for its exceptional contribution to the industry. Specializing in tailored digital solutions, Kilowott has a global presence, having executed over 2,000 projects with the support of 200 employees.
