Over the last few years, Goa has been positioning itself as a hub for innovation and growth in the IT sector attracting a diverse array of companies ranging from startups to established multinational corporations.
The rapidly expanding Goa-based technology firm, which services several Fortune 500 companies, has onboarded 30 new employees since the beginning of the new financial year in April 2024 and is poised to hire an additional 80 – 100 people by the end of the year, marking a significant growth trajectory.
The recent hires at Kilowott span various departments, reflecting the diverse skill sets required for the company’s operations. These include technical & non-technical freshers and software developers proficient in PHP, WordPress, .Net, React and Node. Kilowott has also filled managerial positions including project manager, delivery manager and operations manager, further enhancing its leadership team.
